Julia’s one-on-one work with managers and staff has taught her what individuals need to change the way they work in the context of organizational conflict and to support them through the change. Her combination of warmth and reflectiveness makes her a stellar mediator, instructor and coach.
Jane, as the former Child and Youth Officer for British Columbia, grappled with the challenge of creating an organization within government that was a catalyst for transformative change for children and youth in BC. Her experience as a lawyer and a leader gives her the ability to capture and articulate the essence of issues and devise systemic responses.
