Jean’s background in labour relations and human rights, coupled with her line management experience, gives her an intuitive understanding of workplace dynamics.  Her post-graduate education in organizational conflict theory allows her to quickly assess causes of organizational conflict and to design a variety of processes to manage it.

Jane, as the former Child and Youth Officer for British Columbia, grappled with the challenge of creating an organization within government that was a catalyst for transformative change for children and youth in BC.  Her experience as a lawyer and a leader gives her the ability to capture and articulate the essence of issues and devise systemic responses.

Sally Campbell

Mediation has been Sally’s primary vocation since 1985, and that work flowed into facilitation. Sally has been a Mediator since 1985 and has mediated matters ranging from one-on-one interpersonal struggles to complex multi-stakeholder events.
