Sally Campbell
My work is varied, challenging and infinitely interesting. Mediation is my primary vocation, since 1985, and that work flowed into facilitation. I have been a Mediator since 1985 and have mediated matters ranging from one-on-one interpersonal struggles to complex multi-stakeholder events. Working with groups of all sizes and assisting them to improve their functioning is one of my strengths. Teaching/training in the vast field of dispute resolution and collaborative problem-solving has helped me learn about world views other than mine and develop my cultural fluency.
Conflict analysis, assessment & troubleshooting with leadership in organizations and academia have become a more significant part of my practice over time. It took a long while and many years of experience for me to be equipped to do this challenging work. As a conflict specialist, I bring both practical, concrete ways to build capacity within an organization as well as fresh approaches to help parties engage with seemingly intractable dilemmas.
